What you’ll do
Sr. Director, Partner Operations & Insights will scale our partnerships ecosystem, drive incremental revenue, and shape go‑to‑market strategy. Report to VP of Sales & Partners strategy & operations, work with GVP of partners. Identify, design, lead transformational initiatives that enable global partnership growth. Guide a team of GTM strategy & operations professionals who empower partnerships business through analytical insights and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead development & launch of global partnership strategy, collaborating with regional partners & sales leaders
- Spearhead global strategic initiatives, fostering alignment across partnership & sales organizations
- Design & implement robust operational cadence to review & guide global partnership business, including forecasting, business reviews & planning rhythm
- Partner with IT to implement channel strategy, enhance data & reporting capabilities, streamline workflows, & establish operational governance
- Leverage data to analyze partnership performance, identify growth opportunities & drive revenue
- Become go‑to expert for partner types: Resell & Distribution, Strategic Alliances, GSIs, SIs & Services, CSPs, ISVs
- Collaborate across broader GTM team & leadership to drive business forward
What you bring
Basic
- 15+ years in management consulting, investment banking, GTM strategy or corporate analytics
- 5+ years in channel sales, partner programs or channel marketing roles
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Preferred
- MBA
- Deep understanding of end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategies
- Structured thinking in ambiguous open‑ended problem situations
- Experience in data analysis, problem solver, self‑motivated
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models & go‑to‑market principles
- Clear verbal & written communication skills
- Fast‑paced environment comfort

Wage Transparency
Pay based on location & experience. US base ranges: California $202,800‑$327,625; Illinois $193,100‑$272,750. Role eligible for bonus, stock (RSUs), & benefits.
