Job Title: Sr. Director of Operations Development

Job Summary:

Central Florida Kidney Centers, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic  Senior Director of Operations Development to lead strategic initiatives that drive growth, partnerships, and sustainability in support of our mission to provide high-quality dialysis care to underserved communities. This position requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management, ideally within the healthcare or non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the organization's reach and impact.

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including geographic expansion, service line growth, and innovative care models.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align business development initiatives with the organization's mission and goals.

Partnership Development

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, donors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

• Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and financial sustainability.

• Identify and secure funding opportunities through grants, partnerships, and philanthropic support.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives.

• Monitor and report on the performance of growth strategies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership

• Build and mentor a high-performing business development team.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in dialysis or chronic disease management, is highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a results-oriented approach.

• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

• Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and non-profit funding mechanisms.
