Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a cloud-first strategy that modernizes supply chain platforms across demand planning, supply planning, order management, and logistics execution.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based ecosystems leveraging SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native development.
  • Lead engineering teams to design, build, and integrate modern supply chain systems using cloud, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Drive adoption of AI/GenAI, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation (RPA) to eliminate manual workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Build and mentor high-performing engineering and DevOps teams, fostering a culture of continuous delivery, innovation, and modern engineering practices (Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD).
  • Champion a product engineering mindset over system maintenance.
  • Partner with supply chain, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure technology engineering priorities enable business strategy with holistic real-time solutions.
  • Evangelize cloud adoption and digital supply chain transformation across global business units.
  • Lead complex cloud migration and digital engineering programs, delivering measurable outcomes in operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer experience.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and quality in global supply chain technology services.
  • Evaluate and manage cloud platform providers, SaaS partners, and engineering service vendors, driving innovation while optimizing cost and value.
  • Act as a visible change agent for cloud and technology-led transformation, accelerating enterprise-wide adoption of digital supply chain capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership in cloud engineering and architecture for enterprise supply chain ecosystems, with the ability to deliver measurable results against defined KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience modernizing ERP, planning and logistics platforms through cloud migration, APIs, and AI/automation.
  • Strong background in data engineering, event-driven systems, and real-time analytics.
  • Experience leading DevOps and engineering teams at scale.
  • Deep expertise in vendor management, cloud cost optimization, and strategic technology partnerships.
  • Collaborative leadership style with a track record of aligning executive stakeholders around technology engineering initiatives.

Core Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with emphasis on cloud, engineering, and supply chain systems, with demonstrated capability in uplifting talent and engineering practices.
  • Expertise in modern planning platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, O9, Logility) with a focus on cloud integration and modernization.
  • Demonstrated success in driving global supply chain digital transformation with cloud-native solutions and AI.
  • Understanding of the role ERP solutions play in supply chain processes including Order to Cash and Logistics Execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, or applicable experience; advanced certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile, ITIL, or AI strategy preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $172,900.00 to $259,300.00, with hiring range varying based on experience, skills, location, and market conditions. Eligible for annual and long-term incentives.
