We are seeking a solution-oriented, customer-obsessed marketing leader to drive revenue growth in the AI, datacenter, and telecom/communications markets. The Senior Director of Customer Marketing will define and execute go-to-market strategies that position advanced semiconductor solutions at the system level, enabling adoption across the world’s most innovative technology companies.
This role requires a strong background in semiconductors, proven success in solution-based marketing, and the ability to engage directly with system architects and hardware design teams at hyperscalers, networking OEMs, and telecom equipment providers.

Job Details Maximize Sales Efficiency: Equip the sales team with clear guidance on target accounts, applications, semiconductor solution knowledge, and customer engagement tactics. Go-to-Market Leadership: Define and execute solution-based go-to-market strategies that accelerate customer adoption and drive revenue in target markets. Solution-Based Messaging: Craft application-specific value propositions and system-level messaging that highlight how semiconductor timing solutions solve customer pain points. Lead Generation & Outreach: Expand pipeline and customer mindshare through targeted programs in partnership with Sales and the Digital Customer Experience team. Customer Programs: Develop and scale adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives; build trusted relationships with executives, system architects, and engineering leadership at key customers. Funnel Expansion: Define funnel goals and strategies with regional sales leadership; track performance and refine tactics using data-driven insights. Market Insights: Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable marketing plans that inform product positioning and product roadmap. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global marketing team focused on customer-centric growth.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related); MBA a plus. 10+ years of experience in semiconductor marketing or business development, with a proven track record of delivering measurable go-to-market strategies and customer adoption. Demonstrated success in solution-based marketing for complex semiconductor products. Strong leadership experience building and managing global marketing teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to turn technical and market insights into execution plans. Self-starter with a history of driving measurable growth and customer engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Market Familiarity: Direct experience in datacenter, AI, and telecom/communications ecosystems. Industry Background: Prior roles at leading semiconductor or timing companies (e.g., Marvell, Silicon Labs, IDT/Renesas, Microchip, OnSemi, Vishay, Epson, TDK, etc). System-Level Marketing: Proven ability to position semiconductor solutions at the system architecture level, influencing adoption by hyperscalers, networking OEMs, and telecom equipment providers.
