Key Responsibilities Lead the Operational Excellence Practice within our Corporate Strategy team Solve complex cross-functional issues to accelerate top- or bottom-line growth Analyze and optimize business processes, identify waste and inefficiencies, and implement solutions Partner with senior leaders across functions (Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, People & Culture) to align operations with F5’s corporate strategy Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and metrics to monitor execution and measure impact; collaborate with Business Operations teams for KPI tracking and implementation Build and develop a high-performing team that brings operational rigor, analytical insight, and change management expertise Act as a trusted advisor to executives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that influence decision-making; key stakeholders include the COO, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline across the organization Qualifications 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, operational excellence, or management consulting 3-5 years of strategy consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) 3-5 years of experience working within a tech company Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation and operational improvement initiatives Expertise in cloud operations and financial models, including cost levers Ability to connect strategy to execution and measurable outcomes Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with C-level executives Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive alignment across functions, and deliver results Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
