Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Irvine, CA. The Sr. Director of Business Development and Applications will oversee new business development, business planning, lead generation, contract negotiation and account management. A key component of the role involves interaction with customers to understand SOP's and work with the engineering team to see how they can be automated. This may involve using solutions we have developed or developing new solutions. Another aspect of the role involves building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans for business expansion. Qualifications BS, Ms. in a Life Science related field: Chemistry, Biology, Food-Sciences, Biomedical Engineering A keen interest and understanding of automation Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation Skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
