Remote - East Coast US or Canada (EST Time Zone Required). We're seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to head Revenue Operations for our North American Digital business. As part of the global Revenue Operations & Business Performance team, you'll partner closely with regional Sales VPs and cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimize processes, and align go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and develop the NORAM Sales Operations team to support performance and scalability
Deliver actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs
Drive accurate forecasting and collaborate with Finance on strategic planning
Design and implement incentive programs in partnership with HR and Finance
Continuously improve business processes and systems in coordination with global teams
Lead cross-functional revenue initiatives that shape the future of our Digital business
Your profile should include:
Deep understanding of SaaS and tech industry dynamics
Experience with go-to-market strategies and Salesforce CRM
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear, effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead remote teams and manage cross-functional projects
We offer a target base salary of $192,080.00 and an annual commission target. Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, based on function, level, and scope.
