About The Role In this role you will serve as the HR leader for Gap Commerce & Experience, providing direct HRBP support to Gap’s stores and e-commerce organizations. You will be responsible for developing people strategies, overseeing a team of HR Business Partners, providing thought leadership to these organizations and Leadership Teams, developing and executing talent management and change management strategies, and partnering with key Gap Inc. HR solution centers. Key focus areas include organization development, culture & engagement, equity & belonging, organizational effectiveness, and change management. What You\'ll Do Provide thought leadership and consultation on people and organizational strategies and initiatives, leveraging resources, programs and tools to achieve desired outcomes Influence senior level executives and leadership teams on people and organization impact of business plans; ensure change and transformation plans are established and effectively executed Identify and implement strategies to improve employee engagement year over year Analyze HR metrics to identify business opportunities and work with leadership to develop solutions Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to strengthen or fill gaps and cultivate a ready-now talent pipeline; deploy retention strategies to promote organizational stability Lead and develop a team to support effective execution of objectives and enable professional development Who You Are High level of comfort with HR disciplines (employee relations, compensation, benefits, OD, talent management, talent acquisition) Strong integrity, ethics, communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Strong business orientation, drive for results, and ability to lead change in ambiguity Ability to develop innovative solutions for complex situations in a fast-changing environment Understanding of multiple related subject areas and theories/practices Benefits at Gap Merchandise discount for our brands: 50% off regular-priced merchandise at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and Athleta; 30% off at Outlet Competitive Paid Time Off plans Volunteer time allowance 401(k) with company matching up to 4% of base pay Employee stock purchase plan Medical, dental, vision and life insurance See more of the benefits we offer Gap Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to a workplace free from harassment and discrimination. Salary Range: $202,700 - $278,800 USD Employee pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and location. We will meet minimum wage or pay range minimums based on city, county and state requirements.
