: Essential Responsibilities:
Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery.
Develop and manage large-scale programs.
Secure funding and ensure compliance with agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, this individual oversees a portfolio of complex programs that often involve digital or product transformation, organizational change, regulatory compliance, operational optimization, and M&A integration. The Snr Director leads enterprise-level governance and partners closely with executive stakeholders - including Finance, Technology, HR, Product, Operations, and Strategy - to ensure alignment between corporate objectives and program execution.
This role is not just about managing timelines or budgets - it's about architecting a disciplined execution engine for the enterprise. That includes building and scaling program management capabilities, enforcing rigor in prioritization and governance, proactively identifying and mitigating risk, and enabling transparency through structured reporting and data-driven decision-making.
Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and political acumen. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and trusted partner to senior leaders, capable of navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and delivering results in a fast paced, matrixed environment. The Snr Director must also be a force multiplier - building high performing teams, institutionalizing best practices, and elevating program management maturity across the organization.
Additional Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of complex, multi-year programs with significant business impact.
Ensure all programs are aligned with enterprise strategy, KPls, and financial targets.
Act as the central point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and benefits realization.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and decision-making at executive levels.
Establish and manage enterprise-level governance structures for program/project oversight.
Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders to prioritize initiatives based on ROI, risk, and strategic fit.
Build and run program governance models (steering committees, check-ins, dashboards) and regularly reporting program status, risks, and issues to the C-suite and governance boards.
Develop, implement and enforce standards for program planning, risk management, change control, and reporting.
Ensure consistent use of tools to enable transparency and performance tracking.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior program and project managers.
Build program management capabilities across the enterprise through training, playbooks, and best practices.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and results-oriented execution.
Serve as the escalation point for program blockers and drive rapid resolution.
Requirements
15+ years of proven executive-level leadership experience in managing large-scale global operational planning for complex, global, publicly traded companies.
Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise transformation or strategic programs ($100M+ budgets).
Deep understanding of project/program/portfolio management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
Strong executive presence and communication skills; experience presenting to Board or C-level.
Experience with tools like MS Project, Clarity, Smartsheet, JIRA, Tableau, or similar.
Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise operations, or technology transformation.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma). Deep understanding of operational processes across a variety of business functions including finance, sales, marketing, risk, compliance, legal, etc.
Bachelors Degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field - MBA or Masters Degree preferred.
