Sr Director Business Intelligence

GE HealthCare is seeking an experienced Sr Director Business Intelligence to lead the development and execution of the BI and analytics strategy. The role involves strategic planning, project management, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver data‑driven insights that support business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive BI and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Supervise, organize, and execute service‑related projects, including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, and cost & quality control.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing BI and analytics team, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision making.
  • Provide architectural oversight for data and reporting systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams (IT, AI, Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering) to translate data needs into actionable BI solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track business performance.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards for data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Lead advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and AI, to uncover trends and generate strategic insights.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear narratives and recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Evaluate and manage BI tools, platforms, and vendor relationships to enhance the company’s data capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in services and services project management; comparable to a master’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience of 6+ years.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, MS PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Benefits and Compensation

U.S. based positions only. Salary range: $154,400.00–$231,600.00 Annual. The specific compensation offered may be influenced by skill, qualification, experience, and location. Eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation (cash bonus and/or long‑term incentives). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contributions, life, disability, accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
