Responsibilities

This role provides lead healthcare regulatory legal support for the Home National Team and Pharma Strategy, guidance on compliance with federal and state laws and healthcare regulations including the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute, supports day-to-day operations, and manages complex projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

J.D. Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant healthcare regulatory experience is required.

Salary Range: $177,400.00-$260,500.00 per year.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate\'s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
