The ALM & Investment Strategy Team partners with various departments to develop and implement investment strategies using robust models and data. The Leader of Production Analytics will oversee the design, streamlining, implementation, and operation of analytics processes related to investments and ALM, collaborating across the company to ensure data and analytics processes support financial and risk reporting. What You’ll Do Collaborate with actuarial, finance, and investment teams to fulfill their needs for asset and liability projections and analytics, supporting management and external reporting. Identify input and output requirements for ALM activities and enhance transparency for stakeholders. Design and integrate data and models with a focus on automation, efficiency, and controls, and continually improve existing processes. Lead the transition and automation of processes into the new ALM Analytics platform (Beacon). Engage in ALM research, development, and modeling activities to support reporting needs. What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field preferred. Actuarial, Investments, or Quantitative certifications highly desirable. 5+ years of experience with multi-step reporting processes involving insurance assets and liabilities. Proficiency in programming and databases, especially Python. Strong communication skills and ability to build consensus among technical and non-technical colleagues. Thought leadership and industry knowledge of insurance ALM and investment practices. Background in financial engineering and asset modeling. Knowledge of industry-standard models for analyzing fixed income assets. Understanding of general account liabilities and product characteristics. Familiarity with financial markets. Pay Transparency Salary Range: $137,500-$237,500. Overtime eligible: Exempt. Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes. Sales bonus: No. Actual salary depends on experience, skills, and location.
