Location: Los Angeles, California Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $72 - 77 per hour
We are seeking a seasoned creative professional to step into a leadership role focused on defining and executing our brand's visual identity. You will support the ACD/CD in developing style guides, visual direction, and team workflows . This position involves leading and mentoring our Designers, Senior Designers, and Art Directors, as well as managing external agencies and production partners. You will collaborate closely with Copy and Strategy to concept and execute cohesive, high-quality social assets that keep pace with current trends, all while ensuring projects are on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget.
Responsibilities: Support the ACD/CD in developing style guides, visual direction, and team workflows.
Lead and oversee Designers, Senior Designers, and Art Directors.
Manage and provide direction for external agencies, creators, and production partners.
Collaborate with Copy and Strategy partners to deliver cohesive creative solutions that inspire audiences.
Concept and execute assets based on creative/marketing briefs while ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Deliver high-quality work that is on-time, on-strategy, on-brand, and on-budget, while keeping pace with social trends. Qualifications: Management Expectations Meet with team members regularly to provide feedback and guidance.
Help organize and plan workload for the Design team.
Serve as liaison between the Design team and ACD/CD.
Establish and enforce a consistent, ownable visual look and feel across social channels.
Create and maintain documentation of channel-specific learnings and best practices.
Push creative boundaries to consistently elevate the team's work.
