The Role
We’re hiring independent Sponsorship Contractors who know how to go after and secure sponsorships for events, influencer campaigns, and brand activations. This role is commission-only, designed for high-energy closers who thrive on building relationships and landing deals.
Responsibilities
Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship opportunities with brands and agencies.
Develop creative proposals aligned with sponsor objectives.
Negotiate contracts and deliver measurable value to partners.
Maintain sponsor relationships for long-term collaboration.
Work alongside our team to activate sponsorships across events and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
Proven success in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development.
Strong network of brand and agency contacts.
Excellent pitching, negotiation, and closing skills.
Entrepreneurial drive — you know how to open doors and make deals happen.
Compensation
100% commission-based. Earn a percentage of every sponsorship dollar you bring in.
No cap — unlimited earning potential for motivated dealmakers.
