Job Description : As an Director of Nursing at Young At Heart Home Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include supervising caregivers, conducting client assessments, and developing care plans that meet each client's unique needs. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities : Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments to determine care needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for clients. Provide training, support, and guidance to caregivers. Conduct regular home visits to ensure compliance with care plans and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to coordinate care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications : Current and valid RN license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in home care or a related field. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
