Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily spa operations and team performance Stabilize service delivery and elevate guest experience standards Collaborate with spa and resort leadership to identify strategic and creative revenue opportunities Ensure smooth scheduling, payroll, and HR processes Ideal Candidate Profile: System Knowledge: Proficient in Book4Time for scheduling and guest experience management, and ADP for payroll and HR functions Service Expertise: Familiarity with Vichy treatments, hydrotherapy services, and halotherapy rooms, with the ability to ensure smooth and compliant operations Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, implement best practices, and drive performance in a spa or wellness setting Wellness Insight: A strong foundation in wellness and holistic care
