Responsibilities Contribute to the engineering, architecture and development of unified platform solutions and new product prototyping within the Global Decisioning team. Apply hands-on technical leadership and practical execution in Java full stack, cloud technologies and Agentic AI. Collaborate across global and regional teams to define and execute decisioning workflows and platform initiatives. Qualifications Hands-on technical leadership role at Director level to build offshore presence for the UNIFIED PLATFORM initiative. Hands-on technical leadership to India Decisioning Engineering teams and provide site leadership and support for ESS Decisioning. Setup & Scale Engineering teams. Work across multiple geographically spread teams and collaborate across Global & regional engineering & product teams. Master's degree in engineering, Data Science, Computer Science. 15+ years of work experience in engineering, data science, software development, and architecture space. Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and tools is mandatory. Proficient in Java full stack (Java, Python, Spark, or C++ are plusses). Develop complex engineering solutions with advanced engineering methods. Track record in modifying and applying advanced algorithms to address practical problems. Accomplish projects from start to finish. Familiarity with scripting languages and Linux/Unix environments. Experience with Agile software development methodology, specifically SAFe. Ability to evaluate, understand and interpret data and communicate results verbally and in writing to technical audiences. Experience in technology financial budget management and working with vendor resourcing models. Pluses Experience with risk-based authentication, digital identity recognition, and online/mobile fraud analytics with large financial organizations. Knowledge of natural language processing / text mining techniques and GenAI.
