Overview This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the continental United States.
Responsibilities Build champion communities around cross-portfolio use cases and foster engagement and collaboration across stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across business units, sales, and partners
Develop forums, newsletters, and events and promote Siemens thought leadership and community presence
Gather feedback from within the community and support feedback loops for continuous improvement of both product and sales teams
Participate in external user and interest groups to influence and represent Siemens’ position as a thought leader
Qualifications Basic Qualifications 8+ years experience in community management, sales, or marketing
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
Strong storytelling, outgoing, personable and has strong communication ability
Innovative and creative mindset towards managing communication
Proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Structured working mode and a strong focus on customer centricity
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications Experience in organizing events and managing forums
Background in manufacturing or automation in some professional capacity
Background in customer success or partner engagement
Knowledge of Siemens portfolio and ecosystem
