Salary Range: $44,000 - $64,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage. Accurately record all incoming and outgoing inventory into the inventory management system. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to shipping orders. Schedule and coordinate with carriers for outgoing freight pickups. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts. Communicate with internal departments (e.g., production, purchasing) regarding inventory levels and shipment status. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as needed. Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a shipping and receiving environment, preferably in manufacturing. Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment (certification may be required). Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) - Forklift certification - Basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles - Familiarity with international shipping documentation
