We're currently seeking a forward-looking Director of Marketing at 1 Hotel Austin to join our opening team. Main duties include planning key initiatives, developing product ideas, analyzing market trends, overseeing customer-facing marketing collateral, and everything else related to the brand image. You'll tirelessly continue to lead and inspire an innovative team that's always striving to deliver quality and one that thrives on consideration, thoughtfulness, collaboration, and hard work. And, of course, an incredible leader. About you... Passionate about hospitality and marketing and a minimum of 5 years of similar work experience. Advanced knowledge of hospitality marketing, a strong leader, and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
