Job Details:
Our automotive dealership client is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead its service department. This role oversees daily operations, ensures GM standards are met, manages technician and advisor performance, and drives profitability while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow management
Monitor KPIs including CSI scores, labor hours, and gross profit margins
Ensure compliance with GM warranty and service programs
Coach and develop service advisors, technicians, and staff
Collaborate with parts, sales, and collision teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications:
5+ years in a service leadership role (GM experience strongly preferred)
Proficient with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS
Strong track record of driving efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfaction
ASE or GM certifications a plus
