Service Director Beltway Pools


Overview:
As the Service Director, you will oversee the entire service division, ensuring smooth daytoday operations across repairs, renovations, and construction. You will lead all service technicians and foremen, managing schedules, job quality, and customer communications to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Report to work on time each day and maintain reliable attendance.

  • Schedule projects and delegate tasks across the service and construction teams.

  • Monitor daily job progress, ensuring high-quality work and safety compliance.

  • Train and mentor service team members to improve skills and overall performance.

  • Communicate with customers throughout each job, managing expectations and resolving concerns promptly.

  • Order parts and materials needed for ongoing and upcoming jobs.

  • Attend weekly management meetings to provide updates on job progress, team performance, and overall service operations.

Qualifications:


  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift at least 100 lbs when necessary.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Minimum of 7 years of pool industry experience is required (nonnegotiable).
