Job Responsibilities Service Advisor Tasks Oversee daily operations of the shop Service writing and estimate preparation Schedule and manage workflow for technicians Maintain strong customer communication and satisfaction Delegate jobs to technicians based on skill sets and specialties Managerial Tasks Monitor daily cash flow and generate reports Collaborate with leadership on overall business health Increase profitability and optimize workflow efficiency Assist in staff management and development Brand Representation Represent Zakiras Garage at local and regional events Attend car shows, Cars & Coffee, concours events, etc. (some Saturdays required) Network within the local collector and enthusiast community Required Skills / Qualifications 5+ years of service advising experience (required) Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Technical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems Proven ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines Strong attention to detail, organization and time management Business acumen with budgeting and operations insight Valid drivers license and clean driving record Self-motivated with strong leadership qualities Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as an automotive technician Familiarity with automotive shop software Auto hobbyist or enthusiast background Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Additional Information Job Type:Full-time, in-person Schedule:MondayFriday, 8am-5pm, some Saturdays Compensation:Based on experience Benefits 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid time off (PTO) Employee discounts If you're someone who thrives in a hands-on, detail-driven, and customer-focused environment, wed love to hear from you.
