We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Windows Systems Engineer to take on complex information technology projects across multiple disciplines, including application support, database administration, software quality assurance, and network operations. In this role, you will manage vital server infrastructure and contribute to innovative technology solutions. Oversee server management, including hardware, Operating System, virtualization, and hypervisor layer.

Execute installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and database administration.

Deliver ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, both remotely and onsite.

Support and maintain configured services across various platforms, adhering to defined operational models.

Provide comprehensive hardware and software support.

Implement advanced technology solutions at the operating-system level across all servers and networks, collaborating with various software vendors.

Manage Active Directory with expertise.

Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments effectively.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

CompTIA A+ or ITIL certification is a plus.

7-10 years of experience in information technology or systems administration.

Desired Skills Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Administration.

Knowledge of vulnerability management practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft server upgrades and maintenance.

Experience with Microsoft File Share management.

Familiarity with O365 and Exchange services.

Compensation Information Compensation for this role may vary based on factors such as location, skills, education, certifications, and experience.
