About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Group Account Director to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional in healthcare marketing, with a strong background in various therapeutic areas. This role is pivotal in aligning the strategic and tactical approaches of multiple brands with the overall client and corporate vision. The SVP, GAD will be a leader, not only in their own right but also in inspiring and developing their teams. Business development is a key focus, as is maintaining a strong presence with clients to drive new ideas and opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, a strong professional presence, and the ability to manage multiple account teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a graduate degree in marketing and management preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in the advertising industry. A minimum of 3.5 - 4.5 years in a VP, Account Director role within an agency setting, and 8 - 10 years in pharmaceutical marketing or project management, is required. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in multitasking, handling pressure, and meeting deadlines. The SVP, GAD will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time and must be willing to go above and beyond the job description to support the team and the work. The position is for a leader who is not only a subject matter expert but also a mentor, with a focus on continuous learning and development.
