About the Role

The Senior Treasury Analyst will play a key role in managing cash flow, liquidity, and financial forecasting for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, FP&A, and business analysis, with a track record of improving visibility into cash management and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts to support liquidity management

Oversee cash and bank account management , including daily reconciliations and transactions

Monitor cash positions and ensure adequate funding for operations

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

Provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making

Develop and refine treasury policies, processes, and internal controls

Collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and leadership teams on financial planning and analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required

5+ years of experience in treasury, FP&A, or finance roles

Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting , liquidity management, and financial reporting

Proficiency with Excel

Experience with ERP or treasury systems a plus

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
