Senior Tax Manager Opportunity - Boutique CPA Firm | Nassau County, NY

We're partnering with a well-established, high-quality boutique CPA firm in Nassau County to find a Senior Tax Manager ready to take the lead.
No Business Development Required - The owner is transitioning into a BD and M&A-focused role and will personally transition client relationships.
Fully On-Site | Strong Firm Culture | Positive Leadership
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, brings positive energy, and is passionate about mentoring and managing a team of up to 15 tax and admin professionals.

What You'll Do:
Oversee and review complex tax engagements
Lead and develop staff
Maintain strong client relationships (no need to generate new business)
Support a collaborative and respectful office culture

Compensation:
Base Salary: $160K-$200K
Quarterly & Year-End Bonus Plans

Active CPA license in NY is required.
