Who You Are: A master networker with a record of closing high-value deals A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment A hospitality or destination sales expert who’s ready to take the next big leap A relationship-builder who delivers with confidence, creativity, and class Must have a minimum of 5 years in event management or hospitality sales, managing high-volume or high-revenue programs within a luxury setting This is a full-time, on-site role that requires daily in-person collaboration with local hotel partners and vendors throughout Napa and surrounding areas.
