Job Opportunity BHSI has an exciting opportunity for two Senior Sales Director positions at Berkshire Hathaway Travel Protection (BHTP). In these newly created roles, the Sales Directors will play a pivotal role in leading the expansion of BHTP into the travel agency distribution channels and other niche markets. Duties And Responsibilities Build and nurture long term partnerships with large travel agencies in the US Represent BHTP at industry and partner events Travel to key account locations to prospect and train existing accounts Prospect new accounts Support new accounts through the onboarding process Train new partners on BHTP products Answer partner questions about our products Work with other teams within BHTP to grow our business by providing insights into what should be enhanced to make our travel partners and policy holders experience even better as we grow Act as a subject matter expert for partner questions Extensive travel and conference attendance with speaking opportunities Qualifications, Skills, And Experience A minimum of 15 years in business development or sales within the travel industry Exceptional relationships within the travel industry Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Proven experience in developing and expanding business relationships within the travel industry Ability to use MS Office & Salesforce products BHSI Offers A competitive package and exciting growth opportunities for career-oriented teammates. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000, along with annual bonus eligibility. Total compensation for a candidate is determined by their relevant skills, location, and experience.
