Responsibilities:
Lead marketing strategy and execution for all new developments, from concept and pre-leasing through full stabilization. Serve as the primary marketing partner to Development and Design teams, collaborating closely on project positioning, naming, identity, signage, and visual brand development. Oversee and align the efforts of the Paid Digital and Creative teams, ensuring high-impact campaigns that reflect brand strategy and deliver measurable performance. Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market plans, including naming, branding, media planning, digital campaigns, social content, on-site materials, and launch activations. Conduct market and competitive research to guide positioning, pricing support, and audience targeting. Manage agency and vendor relationships (branding, digital, creative, signage, etc.) to ensure timely, high-quality execution. Partner with Leasing and Operations teams to drive traffic, leads, and conversions through data-informed strategies. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor campaign success and continuously optimize performance. Mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and creative innovation. Stay current with trends in digital marketing, real estate branding, and consumer behavior to continually elevate our strategy and execution.
Qualifications: 810+ years of progressive experience in real estate marketing, with a focus on new development, lease-ups, or brand launches. Deep understanding of multifamily or mixed-use development, and strong experience partnering with design and development teams. Proven leadership over cross-functional marketing teams, including paid media and creative. Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Demonstrated success in launching integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masters degree a plus).

Estimated Rate of Pay : $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary.
The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
