Job Summary Compel Fitness is seeking a Senior Sales Director for their Glen Burnie, Maryland location. The Senior Sales Director (SD) is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Personal Training department, including team and personal sales performance, client retention, and revenue goals. Our Senior Sales Director role is heavily supported by a District and Regional leadership team to ensure you are equipped with the tools needed to deliver incredible services and customer experiences at the club level!
Daily Responsibilities
Meeting potential clients with initial fitness assessments which will include a demo experience of ‘working with a trainer’; presenting programs and selling the benefits of Personal Training
Create connections with potential clients and close deals
Effectively hiring, developing, and managing personal trainers and sales professionals
Providing superior customer service and high-quality personal training service to all personal training clients
Maintain excellent relationships with the entire gym staff
Daily/weekly Sales and development training
Meeting or exceeding Personal Training facility revenue goals and financial growth targets
Create an enthusiastic work environment that is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about fitness
Other duties assigned
Required Experience
Personal Training Experience: 2+ years required
Sales Experience: 2+ years required
Personal Training Management/Supervising Experience: 2+ years required
Personal Trainer Certification: required
NASM, ISSA, ACE, NCCPT, NFPT, ACSM, NESTA, CSCS
CPR/AED Certification
Qualifications
