Overview: We seek a detail-oriented and organized Senior Nursing Director with a strong knowledge of policies and governmental regulations. This individual should be passionate about supporting and training stakeholders to deliver exceptional care to residents. Additional Details: Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Salary: Top-tier compensation with quarterly bonuses, totaling up to 24% annually. Make a Difference: Oversee the operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with company policies, nursing standards, and governmental regulations while maintaining excellent resident care. Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and manage nursing services and programs in accordance with relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and approve plans of care for residents, ensuring alignment with corporate, state, and federal guidelines. Ensure accurate completion of necessary documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges, including nursing assessments and care plans. Qualifications: Registered Nurse in good standing with a current state license. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in long-term care and/or an acute care setting. At least two (2) years of management/supervisory experience. Current CPR certification is required.
