Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering value. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Energetic, positive attitude with a sense of humor, coachability, and a drive to learn. This is a hybrid role: work from home on Monday and Friday, and in our NYC office Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation : Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $250,000, depending on experience. Incentive compensation is tied to revenue generated, with no cap, potentially doubling the base salary. Equity options are also included. A few facts about us : Our platform has served clients like Blackstone, Intuit, the Environmental Defense Fund, and top agencies.
