About the Role
The Company is in search of a Global Head of Credit Research to lead its Global Fixed Income team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the global credit research function, managing fundamental credit analysis processes, and supporting investment decisions across various fixed-income strategies. This strategic leadership role involves maintaining a credit research framework for money market and securities lending reinvestment activities, collaborating with teams to develop innovative credit products, and integrating credit insights into investment strategies. The role also requires the development and maintenance of robust credit models and frameworks to assess issuer and sector-level risks, as well as engaging with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to communicate credit strategy and outlook.
Applicants for the Global Head of Credit Research position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in credit research, fixed income, and money market investing, with a strong preference for those holding an advanced degree in a related field. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing investment teams, a deep understanding of global credit markets, and excellent communication skills. A CFA® designation is desirable.
