About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global Head of Active Fixed Income and Multi-Sector Solutions. This senior managing director role is pivotal in leading the design and implementation of active fixed income, liquidity, and multi-sector investment strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing global active and liquidity portfolio management teams, ensuring the alignment of investment strategies with client objectives and regulatory requirements, and driving innovation in portfolio construction, risk management, and investment process enhancements. Key responsibilities also include representing the firm in various professional settings and collaborating with research, trading, and risk teams to generate alpha and achieve favorable risk-adjusted returns.

Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in active fixed income portfolio management, with a focus on multi-sector strategies. An advanced degree in a related quantitative field is required, and a CFA® designation is desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, a deep understanding of global fixed income markets, instruments, and macroeconomic drivers, and strong analytical and communication skills. The role demands a strategic and experienced leader who can deliver performance in complex market environments and is adept at influencing across a matrixed organization.
