This leadership role is key to shaping a holistic employee experience from onboarding to retention, ensuring every team member feels valued and inspired. This position is critical for building a culture rooted in belonging, purpose, and collaboration. Salary: Starting at $150,000 Key Responsibilities Define and execute the employee engagement strategy aligned with company values and growth goals Design and implement recognition programs for milestones and contributions Oversee employee pulse checks, engagement surveys, and action plans Enhance onboarding experiences to ensure clarity, inclusion, and retention Collaborate on internal communications that reflect our culture and values Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives Develop programs to build morale, motivation, and peer connection across teams Qualifications 10+ years in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing large-scale programs Experience developing culture-focused strategies in multi-site organizations Deep understanding of employee lifecycle and experience design Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for creating respectful, inclusive, and inspiring spaces Outcomes & Success Measures Improvements in employee satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores Higher employee retention and lower voluntary turnover Effective feedback and engagement impact tracking Adoption of culture-focused innovations by employees and managers Additional Details Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Business Development and Sales Industry: Individual and Family Services
