Experience & Skills You Bring:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; Master's .
A track record of over five years in engineering, with a minimum of two years at a leadership level.
Deep understanding of gear design, manufacturing, and analysis techniques.
History of successful project leadership from initiation through completion.
Strong people skills to communicate and work across various teams effectively.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving flair in complex scenarios.
Proficiency with CAD and engineering analysis software.
