About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Executive Director for Parenteral Drug Product Development, with a specific focus on an individual who is a technical expert in parenterals, particularly with peptides and oligonucleotides. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader, responsible for guiding drug product development strategies across a range of biologic and novel therapeutic formats in clinical programs. This role involves overseeing the technical planning and integration of new delivery approaches, coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams, and evaluating emerging formulation and delivery technologies. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant scientific or engineering field, 15-25 years of industry experience, and a proven track record in leading formulation or delivery of oligonucleotides, peptides, and biologics.

Key responsibilities for this position include leading and developing a team of scientists, fostering external partnerships, and contributing to a strong scientific culture through knowledge sharing and thought leadership. The role also requires significant experience in supporting regulatory filings and technical documentation for clinical-stage programs, as well as a strong understanding of sterile manufacturing, formulation science, and delivery technologies for injectable products. The candidate should be recognized as a technical leader, with a history of contributing to industry best practices and innovation initiatives, and possess a collaborative leadership style with experience working across discovery, technical, and development functions.
