In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive medical affairs strategic plan across our oncology portfolio, encompassing both marketed and investigational treatments. This position requires a strong foundation in medical affairs and oncology, coupled with a talent for fostering meaningful collaborations with key opinion leaders. Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing medical brand plans, publication strategies, medical education initiatives, and communication efforts. Executing various medical activities aimed at driving value and supporting our oncology portfolio. Collaborating with internal teams to support product lifecycle management and ensuring readiness for product launches. Providing insights and guidance on current medical oncology practices and navigating the complexities of the US healthcare system. The ideal candidate will possess an MD degree, with at least 10 years of experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within medical affairs. A track record of success in advancing medical affairs strategies and deep expertise in oncology is essential.
