Job Summary:

Revenue Operations drives revenue growth and efficiency by optimizing GTM systems and guiding GTM strategy with data. The Senior Director, Revenue Operations - Acquisition owns Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Deal Desk, unifying the operations functions that support new business growth. This role drives revenue growth by closing execution gaps, eliminating process friction, and building stable scalable systems that empower GTM to operate with autonomy and clarity.

Our organization is evolving from a reactive, service-oriented model to a proactive, programmatic one. We believe scalable revenue comes from strong systems and empowered people. This leader will be expected to challenge legacy practices, bridge siloed teams, and champion the use of AI and automation to maximize GTM performance.

This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on pipeline acceleration and new revenue capture. It requires strong stakeholder alignment, systems thinking, and a demonstrated ability to execute on a roadmap. The role requires a keen interest in emerging technology and a passion for driving revenue growth.
