Who We Are Looking For Our CP&I Digital Product team seeks a visionary Senior Director of Product to create world-class digital experiences for our global partners and stakeholders. We need a dynamic leader to champion user journeys across Nike’s strategies, serving athletes and business partners at scale within Product Innovation, Merchandising, and Creation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital product management, engineering, and leadership, with a bias for action and a proven track record of driving product development excellence and innovation. You will collaborate with key leaders to evolve digital strategies, align on experience and technology goals, and deliver outstanding digital products that maximize value and operational efficiencies. Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to foster collaboration and drive results across diverse teams. Digital Product Management Expertise: Extensive experience in front-end and back-end capabilities, platforms, and service-oriented architecture. Matrix Organization Experience: Ability to lead large teams within a sophisticated, matrix organization, utilizing strong relationship-building and communication skills. Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in leveraging data and insights to inform product decisions and continuous improvement. Strategic Vision: Capable of driving product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and consumer needs. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Professional Experience: 15+ years in product and/or digital fields. Who You’ll Work With You will lead a world-class Product Management team responsible for key digital products within our Product Innovation, Merchandising, and Creation ecosystem, aligned with high-priority enterprise initiatives. What You’ll Work On You will partner with executives to develop cohesive product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring business goals are met. You will lead cross-functional teams focused on Product Innovation, Merchandising, and Creation, grounded in consumer insights and data analysis. Above all, you will advocate for our partners serving Nike consumers. Strategy Development: Implement strategies to grow and mature digital product management within ITC. Technical and Program Excellence: Enhance technical and program excellence for all Product Development in ITC. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders, leadership, and tech partners to deliver high-quality digital products. Culture of Innovation: Foster continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity. Mentorship and Guidance: Support professional growth of product managers. Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging technologies to ensure competitive digital products. What You Bring Experience delivering large, multi-faceted digital products globally. Success in driving strategic goals for advanced digital tools and capabilities, with a focus on global expansion. Proven success in consumer-relevant product launches and growth. Experience leading large teams within a matrix organization, with strong relationship skills. Expertise in innovation, iterative development, pilots, and testing strategies. Experience across digital platforms, including AI/ML and Gen AI capabilities. Ability to align product vision with Nike’s business objectives and consumer needs. Data-driven decision-making skills. Exceptional cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
