We partner with top-tier private equity software firms such as TA, Hg, Insight Partners, and Genstar to acquire and build one platform company per year. The Senior Director of Project Management (PMO) is responsible for leading global project teams to deliver enterprise software projects on time and within budget. This strategic role involves building and managing a comprehensive project management framework to meet financial and operational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile project management and software implementation in a high-growth environment, demonstrating the ability to integrate PMO teams from acquired companies and drive results towards revenue and margin goals, while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance a world-class project management office, managing a complex portfolio to drive productivity and project success
Drive significant improvements in PMO billable utilization and profitability, optimizing project financial performance
Achieve revenue targets consistently and manage a quality backlog, ensuring sustained business growth and operational readiness
Manage resource allocation and capacity planning with high accuracy, optimizing workforce efficiency and project delivery
Execute rapid and effective integration strategies for PMO teams during acquisitions, ensuring seamless integrations and continued productivity

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
