About the Role
The Company is seeking a Sr Dir/VP of Corporate Marketing to play a pivotal role in shaping and amplifying its brand story. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a visionary corporate marketing strategy that positions the company as a market innovator and thought leader. This includes owning and evolving the brand identity and voice, leading awareness programs, and driving high-impact advertising and media strategies. The role demands a dynamic leader with a proven track record in B2B technology marketing, particularly in the mid-market or enterprise software space, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in corporate or marketing communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing high-performing teams, exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, and expertise in leveraging data and analytics to measure marketing impact.
As the Sr Dir/VP of Corporate Marketing, the candidate will be expected to cultivate relationships with top-tier media and influencers, lead multi-channel communication programs, and grow the company's social media presence. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution, the role requires a leader who can inspire and develop a team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the marketing function supports the company's aggressive growth goals. The candidate should have experience working in a high-growth environment, be adept at driving the positioning of the brand and products, and have a certification in Pragmatic Marketing or PMA. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
