About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and operationally focused Senior Director to serve as a key right hand to the SVP of Digital Shopping Experience. This high-impact role will provide horizontal leadership across the organization, driving cross-functional clarity, triaging and aligning new initiatives, and ensuring delivery against ambitious goals. You'll serve as an extension of the SVPsynthesizing priorities, driving execution, and enabling seamless coordination across product, design, engineering, business strategy, and partner teams. You'll play a critical role in supporting executive decision-making and strengthening the digital customer journey across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for a curious, self-starting, and solutions-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for turning strategy into action.

What You'll Do

1. Strategic Partner to the Site Experience Team

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP by synthesizing priorities across multiple verticals and helping shape the executive agenda.
  • Provide insight, feedback, and strategic framing for initiatives and decision-making.
  • Act as a sounding board for key issues, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational goals.

2. Org-Level Coordination & Horizontal Support

  • Partner across teams to ensure initiatives are aligned, appropriately scoped, and efficiently executed.
  • Facilitate coordination between Digital Shopping Experience and partner organizations (e.g., Merchandising, Fulfillment, Tech).
  • Represent the SVP's voice in cross-functional forums, working sessions, and operational reviews as needed.
  • Ensure the right metrics, measurements, and performance tracking mechanisms are in place to monitor progress against goals and objectives.

3. Execution Oversight & Progress Tracking

  • Develop and maintain robust frameworks to monitor progress toward quarterly and annual goals.
  • Track and summarize critical deliverables, milestones, risks, and decisions to keep leadership aligned and on schedule.
  • Lead the preparation of executive updates, steering committee materials, and business performance narratives.

4. Initiative Triage & Incubation

  • Serve as the first line of review for new ideas or stakeholder asks, assessing resourcing, feasibility, and alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Establish and maintain intake and evaluation processes to drive clarity around ownership and prioritization.
  • Help incubate early-stage strategic bets in close partnership with cross-functional teams.

5. Communications & Storytelling

  • Partner with comms and product leads to craft compelling narratives for executive updates, internal communications, and external presentations.
  • Ensure visibility of work across the organization and alignment on key goals, milestones, and accomplishments.
  • Drive consistency and clarity in messaging across all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business operations, corporate strategy, consulting, or product operations.
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives at scale with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on frameworks, KPIs, and decision support.
  • Executive-level communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in ecommerce, digital retail, or customer experience strategy.
  • Familiarity with product development cycles and working closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Organizational design and change management experience.
  • Proficiency in productivity, analytics, and collaboration tools

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 6 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 8 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 4 years' supervisory experience.
