We are looking for a leader for fast-growing, private equity-backed B2B services company operating at the intersection of professional services, digital tools, and strategic partnerships. As we continue to scale, we are investing in building world-class operational infrastructure to support new growth lines, improve delivery, and deepen our client and partner impact.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to join our leadership team and help build scalable systems, drive cross-functional execution, and lead key strategic initiatives across the business. This is a highly visible, hands-on role reporting directly to the COO. The ideal candidate brings a mix of operational excellence, data fluency, and execution discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Systems

Audit and improve internal workflows across business lines

Optimize the use of core platforms (CRM, lead tracking, project management)

Develop SOPs and frameworks that enable consistent, scalable execution

Strategic Execution

Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives involving sales, marketing, and customer success

Manage project timelines, accountability structures, and communication flow

Align initiatives with company goals and private equity growth targets

Data & KPI Reporting

Build and maintain dashboards across core metrics (sales, engagement, retention)

Analyze performance data and translate into actionable insights for leadership

Support board-level and investor reporting as needed

Experience Management

Partner with internal teams to improve the customer journey and lifecycle

Drive retention, satisfaction, and engagement across key segments

Revenue Enablement & Vendor Oversight

Identify and resolve operational blockers for revenue teams

Manage relationships with key vendors, technology providers, and platforms

Ensure service-level delivery, cost efficiency, and accountability

Team & Culture

Manage and grow the operations team as the company scales

Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, transparency, and results

What We’re Looking For

4+ years in operations, project management, or business execution roles

Experience in a growth-stage, B2B, or private equity-backed organization

Strong familiarity with CRMs, project tools, workflow automation, and dashboards

Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives that connect strategy to execution

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on in a fast-paced environment

Experience with membership models, marketplaces, or service platforms is a plus
