Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 2400 Peoria, Aurora, CO Department: UCHlth Supply Chain Management FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $69.65 - $111.44 / hour; based on relevant experience Summary: Join UCHealth as a Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations, where you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing supply operations across the system. You will manage regional directors, inventory planning, and warehousing operations, driving strategic and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Oversee a team of supply operations directors to ensure reliable supply chain management for UCHealth locations. Guide inventory planning for optimal safety stock levels across the system. Manage critical warehouse and shared service center operations to maintain continuity and minimize supply shortages. Enhance supply chain performance by implementing inventory accuracy and control measures, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing procedures for audits and cycle counts. Develop and sustain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high quality and reliability in supply operations with a focus on customer engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant area is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex supply operations in hospital settings, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
