Ready to lead at a senior level and make a measurable impact? We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to step into a Senior Director of Operations role overseeing our Beaver Creek properties, which generate over $10 million in gross room revenue. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll manage a team of 7+ direct reports, provide oversight for 6 property associations (and growing), and drive operational, financial, and service excellence across the board. If you're passionate about leading large teams, managing complex operations, and influencing bottom-line performance, this is your opportunity to take the lead.

Duties Include

Oversight of 7 direct reports Support HOA management by understanding all aspects of the role and guiding your team accordingly Responsible for creating budgets and achieving gross room revenue (GRR) goals for the rental business Train and mentor current employees for growth and advancement Serve as a vocal and visible leader within the company Attend all Board meetings to support and represent your team

Location : Beaver Creek

Start Date : ASAP

Employment Type : Full Time, Year Round

Schedule : Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility for weekends and holidays based on business needs

Pay Rate : $135,000 - $155,000 DOE
