In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation and alignment of our Global Medical Affairs Capabilities Plan with our strategic goals and objectives. You will work closely with regional medical heads to develop and implement strategic medical initiatives, ensuring excellence in medical resources, training materials, and publications. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of field medical content for both external and internal use, managing medical information teams, and maintaining high ethical, regulatory, and scientific standards.
