What We’re Looking For 8+ years in marketing leadership in real estate or homebuilding. Proven ability to lead digital-first teams and execute integrated campaigns. Strong strategic thinker with excellent execution and analytical skills. Exceptional communicator and people leader, capable of growing a small, agile team. Passion for smart-home tech, energy efficiency, or construction is a plus.
