Title: Senior Director of Food & Beverage Location: Denver, CO FLSA: Exempt Status: Full-time. Reports to: Vice President of Food, Beverage, Strategic Sourcing, and Retail Supervises: Property level F&B team members and leaders. Pay Range: $160,000 - $175,000 Job Summary: The Senior Director of Food & Beverage leads the strategic vision, innovation, and operational excellence of all food and beverage programs across the Stonebridge portfolio. This role drives performance, consistency, and growth by overseeing multi-property F&B operations, shaping brand standards, and guiding property-level leaders. Essential Functions and Duties: Support the execution of food and beverage strategies across the Stonebridge portfolio, ensuring consistency, service quality, and brand standards in alignment with corporate direction. Collaborate with property-level Food & Beverage leaders to elevate operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results. Assist in the rollout and adoption of company-wide F&B initiatives, including menu programs, beverage standards, and service enhancements. Provide ongoing guidance and operational support to F&B teams, conducting regular site visits, performance reviews, and best practice sharing. Monitor and analyze food and beverage KPIsacross properties; identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementing corrective actions. Contribute to the development of training tools and resources to support leadership growth and team member development at the property level. Partner with procurement and culinary teams to ensure consistent sourcing, product quality, and cost efficiency across all F&B outlets. Maintain strong vendor relationships and assist in vendor selection and onboarding processes in support of property operations. Assist with new hotel openings, F&B transitions, and renovations, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with brand expectations. Stay informed on industry trends and regional market dynamics, providing relevant insights to the Vice President of Food, Beverage, Strategic Sourcing, and Retail Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. Required Experience, Education, and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or industry certifications preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3 years in a multi-property, regional, or corporate role. Demonstrated success leading diverse F&B operations across multiple hotel brands, property types, and geographic regions. Strong financial acumen, with proven ability to develop and manage large-scale budgets, optimize cost structures, and improve profitability. Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with experience mentoring senior-level F&B professionals and building high-performing teams. Deep knowledge of culinary trends, service standards, beverage programs, and guest experience strategies. Expertise in health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities. Proficiency in enterprise-level POS systems, inventory platforms, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Work Environment: This role operates in both corporate and on-property environments, including office settings, hotel kitchens, dining outlets, and food preparation areas. Extensive travel is required to visit hotel properties across the portfolio, including site assessments, team engagement, and operational support. Frequent exposure to kitchen and restaurant environments, including commercial equipment, food preparation areas, and sanitation procedures. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during property visits and inspections; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. may be required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs and travel schedules.
